Synertek's services focus on assisting

successful use of technology and business outsourcing to meet goals of the organization. This includes vendor
selections, contract negotiation, transitions and implementation, and Service Level Management
development.
Transformations - Enabling new
business services via transformation of existing information technology infrastructures or the
creation of new information technology infrastructures.
Project Management - The management
of large cross functional information technology projects involving transformations, integration, and/or
outsourcing in environments requiring attention to operational risk, security, and availability.
